Absolutely beautiful dress by WTOO. V-neck with ruching.
This dress has a small train, with a nice bustle. The bustle is just one loop, very small/easy.
The dress says size 0, but I had it take out. I am about a size 4-6. Waist 27, bust 34. Length was hemmed. I am 5'5".
