This wedding dress started as a David’s Bridal dress ( bought brand new) which J then brought to an amazing woman who speciilaizes in altering wedding dresses, from there I showed her exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. She transformed the dress into something completely different than it originally was. I had her create this dress with a Parisian designer dress in mind, it turned out perfect and costs about $40,000 less than it’s designer counterpart.
It can be worn with a crinoline/petticoat/slip under the skirt to create a full bodied skirt like that of a “Disney princess” or this dress can be worn with nothing underneath as it has a perfect flow and cut. It just depends on the brides personal style preference.
This dress lays perfectly on the body, in all the right places, accentuating a waistline and bust while hiding any unwanted areas or creating a curvy and elegant body. It has a custom corset bra size A or B 30-34 which lifts the breasts and adds 2 cup sizes- making even the smallest breasted woman look amazing, full and but, classy. The corset is not necessary to wear with the dress if you’re larger up top and do not need any extra umph.
The off the shoulder sleeves are additions that were added, they are beautiful hand stitched sheer sleeves. They are embellished with beautiful stones, crystals and, gems-all clear and silver. If the sleeves are not desired they can be easily taken off by a professional seamstress for a small fee (I’m guessing around $10).
This dress can be styled many different ways with different accessories depending on the brides personal style and preferences. I opted to wear a cathedral veil down the aisle with a full crinoline under the dress. For our more relaxed party vibe and lawn games and dancing I took off the crinoline slip allowing the dress to fall to its natural beauty and added fresh flower crown to my ensemble-very boho garden style wedding.
