Watters Cora Casual chic unclassified dresses

I bought this dress and then later decided that it was too plain for my formal reception. It would have been my party dress. It is BRAND NEW, UNALTERED, NEVER WORN. The dress runs more true to size than most wedding dresses do. The photo of me in it is a size 2, they ordered a 6. I am usually a 4 in regular woman sizes.
