Watters Encore- Milan Preppy unclassified dresses

I loved the simplicity of this dress, as I was not looking for an over-the-top dress. I also loved the lace, the sleeves, and the back-detail features. Shortly after purchasing this non-refundable dress though, I found another one that I just had to have.
