Watters Flora Sequin unclassified dresses

This Flora gown by Watters/ Wtoo was never worn and is an unaltered size 4. Bride became pregnant so the dress will not fit by the time of her wedding. The manufacturer lined the back with cloth buttons (custom feature) and optional custom thick straps were made from the same English tool that is found on the gown. Original price is $1686. I paid about $2000 total with the custom features.
