This is a gorgeous dress that I purchased when I thought we were going to be married at our church. We changed direction and are now getting married on a beach, and I am so sad to part with this lovely gown but hope someone else can make it their own. I am 5'2", a street size 2, and this gown runs small at a street size 6 with a label size of 8. The back of the gown has a little bit of damage from being a sample, but can easily be altered out. The Denver boutique (Emma & Grace) I purchased the gown at quoted me $350 in alterations to bring the gown in to fit at the waist (more than eliminating the damage from the sample clamps in the back), hem the gown, and create a slight train in the back in lieu of straight like the stock photos. Also, this gown has built in cups and I wouldn't have had to alter this in any way OR wear any additional undergarments to support the shape of the dress. The horsehair hem on the bottom could be left on or easily removed during the hemming process as well. This dress does not come with the belt, but it can be purchased for an additional $150. The belt is handmade by a local boutique from vintage wedding gowns.
